Vizion Player respects the intellectual-property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright laws.

Important: we host no content

Vizion Player is a media player. It does not host, store, cache, index, or distribute any media files, streams, channels, or playlists. All content played in the app comes from third-party sources that users supply and configure themselves. Because we host nothing, there is generally no material on our side to remove.

If you believe your copyright is being infringed

If you believe a source or service is making your copyrighted work available unlawfully, the effective remedy is to contact that source/service or its hosting provider directly, as they control the content. If you believe any material that we do control infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it.
  4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address with the equivalent information required by the DMCA.

Repeat infringers

We do not condone copyright infringement. The Terms of Use prohibit using the application to access content the user is not authorized to access.
