Welcome to Vizion Player. Please read these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy carefully. By installing or using the application, you agree to both.
1. Media Player Only
Vizion Player is a general-purpose media player. It allows users to play audio and video from sources, servers, accounts, playlists, and services that users independently provide and configure.
Vizion Player does not provide, host, create, upload, sell, resell, distribute, search for, recommend, or otherwise make available any media, programming, or content of any kind. The application contains no built-in content.
2. User Responsibility
All content accessed through Vizion Player originates exclusively from sources selected and configured by you. You are solely responsible for: the sources and services you connect to; the content you access or play; and ensuring that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, subscriptions, and permissions required to access and use such content.
3. Lawful Use
You agree to use Vizion Player only for lawful purposes and only with content you are legally authorized to access. You shall not use the application to stream, reproduce, distribute, store, share, or otherwise access any content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights; is unlawful under applicable laws; or infringes the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable in your country or jurisdiction.
4. No Affiliation or Endorsement
The developer does not own, operate, manage, monitor, review, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party source, server, playlist, account, or content used with the application. The developer is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or associated with any broadcaster, content provider, copyright owner, streaming service, or media distributor.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Vizion Player respects intellectual property rights. The developer does not encourage, promote, facilitate, or condone copyright infringement or unauthorized access to protected content. If you access copyrighted material through third-party sources, you are solely responsible for ensuring that such access is lawful.
6. Availability of Third-Party Services
Third-party services, servers, accounts, playlists, and content sources are outside the control of the developer and may become unavailable, modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. The developer makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability, quality, legality, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party source or content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Vizion Player is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the application; any third-party content, source, server, playlist, or account; interruptions, errors, or unavailability of services; or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the application; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any law or third-party rights; or any content or source you access through the application.
10. Changes to These Terms
The developer may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Eligibility and Acceptance
You represent that you are of legal age to use the application in your jurisdiction or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required. By using the application you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy; that Vizion Player is solely a media player and does not provide any content; that you are solely responsible for the sources and content you access; that you will use the application only in accordance with applicable laws; and that you agree to be bound by these Terms.
