1. Overview

OTTBuilder provides white-label streaming-player applications that operators brand and distribute to their own customers. OTTBuilder does not provide channels, content, playlists or subscriptions of any kind.

2. Use of the service

You agree to use the apps and services in compliance with all applicable laws and the rights of third parties. You are solely responsible for the content and sources you connect to your branded applications.

3. Billing

Orders, subscriptions and invoices are managed in our client portal. Fees, renewal terms and any refund policy are presented at checkout.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your brand assets. OTTBuilder retains ownership of the underlying technology used to build and maintain the applications.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Replace this clause with your reviewed legal language.
